Why get involved?

Customer involvement is about you and your community working with us to improve your home, the services we provide, and the community you live in.

We are always on the look out for people to get involved. Our aim is make sure that every customer has the opportunity to be involved in a way that they feel comfortabe with. We offer advice, training and support to help you get involved.

We are committed to making a difference in your community and are looking for volunteers to be involved. sc4L aim to deliver an excellent service to all of our customers and involve the community directly.

We are in the process of establishing a Communication & Engagement Group (CEG) in both Little London and Holbeck to support us in the successful delivery of the Project.

Each area CEG meets every two months and is supported by the following task groups:

Community-chatting1performance monitoring

literature reviews and newsletters

targeting training and employment opportunities

developing community projects

We offer advice, training and support and you can volunteer to be a member of the CEG or be a part of one of the task groups for your area
